How about the option to add more details/files after submission? I had a similar crash, like the one I submitted to FogBugz. I wanted to attach some more crash logs, but can't. I don't want to open another bug for the same crash.
What do you mean? You could just hyperlink to pastebin in your reply.
I don't understand what you're getting at. When I goto the bug (http://fogbugz.stardock.com/default.asp?70355_7cdt919f) for example. I don't see a way to add additional files/info after the first submission.
Editing cases would require a login, which we won't be providing for security reasons. If you reference the original case number in a followup though we can easily group them together.
